About Apryl Stephenson

Originally from Murrieta, I am a native Southern Californian who spent the early part of my career living in Los Angeles working for high-profile Software companies in the Financial Services Industry. I earned an MBA in General Management from Pepperdine University in 2012 and was recruited multiple times by top firms to join high-performing teams for my expertise in business strategy, capacity planning, reporting, analysis, and business operations.
I moved back to Murrieta in 2016 to be closer to my family. With my extensive background, entrepreneurial spirit, and shared passion for business, I made the decision to follow in my father, Dan Stephenson’s, footsteps and continue his legacy at Rancon Real Estate. It is an honor to be part of the Rancon team and have the opportunity to serve the community I grew up in.

Exceeding my client’s expectations is of utmost importance to me. As an effective negotiator and fierce advocate for my buyers and sellers, I will apply my market knowledge and expertise to ensure that you receive the highest level of service and representation. Whether you want to buy real estate, sell real estate, or do both, I’m here to achieve your real estate goals.
